1. Introduction
RedWeb is an AI website generation SaaS platform operated by Infonex Global LLC ("Infonex Global", "we", "us"), registered at 30N Gould Street, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. By accessing or using RedWeb you agree to these Terms.
2. The Service
RedWeb lets users generate, edit and publish websites using AI, with supporting SEO, GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) and AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) services.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and all activity under your account.
4. Subscription Plans and Billing
RedWeb offers Starter, Professional and Enterprise subscription tiers, billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout. Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy. You may upgrade, downgrade or change your billing cycle at any time from your dashboard, with charges prorated automatically.
5. Acceptable Use
You may not use RedWeb to build sites that are illegal, infringing, fraudulent, or that distribute malware or harmful content.
6. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of the content and websites you create with RedWeb. Full clean code export is available on the Professional and Enterprise plans; exported code becomes yours to host and modify freely. RedWeb retains all rights to its underlying platform, software and AI models.
7. Third-Party Services
RedWeb may rely on third-party infrastructure (hosting, CDN, payment processors) to deliver the service; use of those services is subject to their own terms.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms; you may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard.
9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
RedWeb is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind; to the maximum extent permitted by law, Infonex Global LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Infonex Global LLC's jurisdiction of registration (Wyoming, USA).
